The second annual A Taste of Kalihi event is set for Saturday along Colburn Street.

The block party will run from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and feature food, games, free entertainment, a barbecue cookoff and "the state's largest electric slide dance."

Admission is free, and proceeds from food sales will benefit the Kalihi-Palama Health Center.

About 3,000 people are expected to attend.

The event will shut down Colburn Street, from McNeil Street to Waiakamilo Road.
