GRAHAM BUILDERS

Jenny Graham has been promoted to special projects design coordinator and Bonnie OsakI has been named director of customer care at Graham Builders.

Graham will be responsible for coordinating all tasks during the design stage and will be the primary contact for clients throughout the duration of their home renovation project.

Osaki will oversee customer relations and consult with clients on the initial planning stages of their home project.

KAHI MOHALA BEHAVIORAL HEALTH

Kahi Mohala Behavioral Health has named Midge Blandamer director of nursing. She is board certified as a psychiatric-mental health clinical nurse specialist and as an advanced chief nurse executive with the American Nurses Credentialing Center.

RITZ-CARLTON CLUB AND RESIDENCES

The Ritz-Carlton Club and Residences, Kapalua Bay, has appointed Jenny Ochtera project director for the luxury private and fractional residences scheduled to open in April 2009 at Kapalua Resort.

Ochtera is responsible for overseeing the property's sales and marketing program. She recently served as executive vice president of sales and marketing for the Levitin Group, the world's largest training company in the vacation ownership industry.

HAWAII CENTRAL CREDIT UNION

Dennis Ikeda has been named vice president of accounting & risk management for Hawaii Central Credit Union.

Kathy Ishiro has been named business development officer for HCCU.
