A traffic crash that caused oil and other fluids to spill on the road surface is slowing Honolulu-bound traffic through the Harano Tunnel on the H-3 Freeway.

The traffic collision was reported about 6:45 a.m.

Fire Department ladder and engine companies have been sent to the area to help police clean up the "oil slick."
