Police are reporting that traffic is heavy this evening along the arteries heading into Waikiki.

Tonight is the 56th annual Aloha Festivals Waikiki Ho'olaule'a, billed as Hawai'i's largest block party.

A large section of Kalakaua Avenue is closed down for the celebration, which is slated to start at 7 p.m.
