Wind advisory set for Big Island summits

A wind advisory has been issued by the National Weather Service until 6 p.m. today for the summits of the Big Island.
Southwest winds are expected to reached 30 to 40 mph over the upper summits this afternoon. A wind advisory means summit winds of 30 to 45 mph are expected and can make driving difficult.
