Rainbow Wahine shut out San Francisco in soccer, 5-0

Tehane Higa scored two goals and Kelli-Anne Chang added a goal and two assists to lead the Hawai'i women's soccer team to a 5-0 victory over San Francisco in the Pacific Fall Classic today at Stockton, Calif.

Hawai'i is 2-3-1. San Francisco is 3-3-1.

Vanessa Bailey (22:16), Taryn Fukuroku (30:31) and Higa (34:56) scored to give UH a 3-1 lead at halftime. Higa's second goal came at 69:25. Chang scored at 87:42.

Chang's assists came on Bailey's and Fukuroku's goals.

UH had eight shots on goal to USF's 4. Rainbow Wahine goalkeeper Kori Lu had three saves, while San Francisco's Kelly Pohle also had three saves.
