The Hoakalei Country Club is slated for a January grand opening, developer Haseko announced last week.

The facility will feature golf professional Ernie Els' first signature 18-hole golf course in the state. Els toured the par-72, 7,400-yard course with his design team, developer and course management last week.

Hoakalei Country Club is a joint partnership between Haseko, which is also developing the Hoakalei Marina Resort community, and ClubCorp, which owns or manages more than 140 clubs and golf properties around the world. For more information, visit www.hoakaleicountryclub.com.
