Library hosting activities for families every week

Kahuku Public & School Library is hosting activities for the whole family including Keiki Story Time at 10 a.m. and After School Club with crafts and movie at 12:45 p.m. every Wednesday.

Tuesday night events at 6:30 p.m. are "Women of the Pacific" with Rose Ram and friends Oct. 7, the Book Club discussing "An Imaginary Life" by David Malouf Oct. 14, How to Self-Publish with Rowena Holloway Oct. 21, and Halloween Extravaganza with Chicken Skin Stories, face painting and pumpkin contest on Oct. 28.

Extra activities in October are Crochet with Dorothy Conrad at 1 p.m. Oct. 3 and Iron Jawed Angels, about suffragettes, at 1 p.m. Oct. 9.

New at the library are copies of OLELO programs for home viewing.
