Roadway on Kauai closed due to student water festival

A section of Pua Loke Street between Haleko Road and Kaumuali'i Highway in Lihu'e, Kaua'i, will be closed tomorrow from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. for the Department of Water's 5th annual Make a Splash Water Festival at the Pua Loke Arboretum for fifth-grade students islandwide.
Only local traffic for businesses will be allowed in the area.
