Boat discharges sewage into Ala Wai Yacht Harbor

Advertiser Staff

Boat hull cleaners should stay out of the Ala Wai Yacht Harbor waters for the next four days because of a sewage discharge.

The state Department of Health Clean Water Branch said it was notified today of a discharge of sewage from an unidentified boat's holding tank. The discharge affects floating docks, B, C and D.

Swimming is not allowed in the harbor.
