Police are investigating the stabbing of a man today in Kalihi as a noncriminal case.

The stabbing at Houghtailing and North School streets was reported at 5:08 p.m.

The victim left the scene but was located at a nearby school. His injuries are not believed to be life-threatening, police said.

The investigation is classified as an "injured care for" case.
