CB Richard Ellis has named John Uson as a project manager on its asset services team in Honolulu. Before joining CBRE, Uson worked as a design consultant and project manager at Allana+Buick+Bers Inc. Architects and Engineers.

HILTON WAIKIKI- PRINCE KUHIO

Hilton Waikiki-Prince Kuhio has appointed Leatrice Grantham as director of restaurants for all on-property dining. Grantham comes to Hilton Waikiki-Prince Kuhio with nearly 25 years of industry experience.

Also, Frank Robinson has been appointed director of catering at the hotel. Previously, Robinson was with Kualoa Ranch Hawaii, Island Partners Hawaii, Kahala Mandarin Oriental, Fairmont Kea Lani Resort on Maui and The Manele Bay Hotel on Lana'i.

BOW ENGINEERING AND DEVELOPMENT INC.

Kelie Feng has joined Bow Engineering and Development Inc. as a project manager. He has eight years of experience with M&E Pacific Inc.

Also, Ron Gonzales is the firm's new senior project manager. He has more than 22 years of experience as a civil engineer and project manager for a variety of design, planning and construction projects.

SUNTECH HAWAII

Suntech Hawaii has named Joshua Powell vice president of construction operations, responsible for overseeing all construction operations and logistics for Hawai'i's largest solar integrator. Powell has more than a decade of experience in project management, construction, architecture, facilities management and real-estate development.

DECISION RESEARCH

Decision Research has hired John Agsalud as director of professional services for the company's Pacific region. Agsalud has more than 21 years of experience in the Hawai'i marketplace, having held a variety of technical and managerial positions.
