"You're never too old to exercise." Exercise can be as strenuous as a game of tennis, as relaxing as gardening. As unorganized as an evening walk. What matters is that it must be regular. The result is improved muscle tone, better blood circulation and respiration, good appetite and digestion, and relief from physical and mental tensions.
