MOKULE'IA
Public invited to enjoy weekly matches at Mokule'ia Polo Field

The Hawai'i polo season has begun, with clubs from across the islands competing for various trophies each Sunday through Aug. 16 at Mokule'ia Polo Field in Waialua.

Two games are scheduled each week and residents are encouraged to come early, swim, tailgate and enjoy a bar and live music afterwards until sunset. Gates open at noon and games begin at 2 p.m.

Sponsored by Hawaii Polo Club, the cost is $8 a person with children under 16 free. Parking is free.

Sunday's event will include an Easter egg hunt for children.
