Hawaii surf: North Shore dropping to 5-7 feet

Advertiser Staff

Surf along Oahu's North shore will subside to 5 to 7 feet today, the National Weather Service said.

Surf along west-facing shores is also on the way down and is expected to be 4 to 6 feet today, forecasters said.

The surf is expected to reach 3 to 5 feet along east- and south-facing shores.

Outlook through Tuesday, April 14: A new northwest swell will bring moderate surf to north- and west-facing shores Saturday night and Sunday.

A pair of south swells will maintain small to moderate surf along south-facing shores through the weekend.
