Whole Foods adds local, organic clothing

Advertiser staff

Whole Foods Market has introduced two local T-shirt companies to their line of all-natural and organic clothing and accessories: Kealopiko from Oahu and The Organik from the Big Island. Both lines feature tops for men and women.

Kealopiko is the creation of an Oahu hui that describes itself as "three hapa wahine." Their silk-screened images are inspired by the natural, cultural and historical traditions of Hawaii.

The Organik features eco-friendly tops by cousins Ed Fernandez of Kailua, Kona, and Brian Jones of Seattle. Their current collection is called Threads from the Earth.
