Honolulu-based DRFortress teams up with Utah company

DRFortress, one of the state's largest data center and Internet exchange provider, said it has teamed up with C7 Data Centers, Inc. , a similar company that provides remote backup and disaster recovery solutions in Utah, to offer customers with expanded disaster disaster recovery solutions to prevent disruption of business operations.

The companies said the connection between C7's four data centers and DRFortress' data center in Honolulu assures companies that data critical to their business is secure and accessible at geographical disparate locations.

Both partners' disaster recovery customers will be able to quickly recover from IT emergencies and natural disasters.

C7 and DRFortress provide data backup and recovery along with real-time data replication, redundant networks, power, and cooling systems which are all needed to ensure business continuance.
