State says suspect cases cleared of swine flu

State epidemiologist Dr. Sarah Park said today that an undisclosed number of a "handful" of suspect patients have been cleared for swine flu, including one who had traveled to Mexico.
No new suspect cases have been reported in the last 24 hours, Park said.
"It is not a time to panic," Park said at a state Capitol press conference this afternoon. "It is time to prepare."
