New name, brokerage for two Isle Realtors

Hawaii-based J. Samuels Signature Homes has joined the ERA Franchise Systems global network and will now operate as ERA Signature Homes.
Samuels Signature Homes has been in Hawaiçi since 2002, while ERA has been around for 30 years and has 2,800 offices around the United States.
Another new brokerage, Ku Realty, is now open. The company was formed by Keahi Pelayo, who had been with RE/MAX for 15 years.
