Meteorologists are tracking two Eastern Pacific storms, with at least one having the potential of reaching Hawaiçi next week.

The National Hurricane Center today upgraded tropical storm Felicia to a Category 2 hurricane.
At 5 p.m. today, Felicia was about 1,335 miles west-southwest of the southern tip of Baja California.
Felicia had maximum sustained winds of nearly 100 mph and was moving west-northwest at 12 mph.
The hurricane center said Felicia is expected to continue to strengthen and could become a major hurricane in the next couple of days.
Hurricane-force winds extended up to 35 miles from the center of Felicia today.
The hurricane center’s potential five-day track puts Felicia about 500 miles east and about 125 miles south of the Big Island on Sunday morning.
Forecasters said Felicia is expected to weaken below hurricane strength as it moves west, with predicted winds of about 60 mph on Sunday.
Behind Felicia is Enrique, a larger system but with lower maximum sustained winds of 50 mph. Enrique was forecast to weaken and slow down in the next 24 hours to 48 hours.
At 5 p.m. today, Enrique was moving west-northwest at 15 mph. It was 785 miles southwest of the southern yip of Baja California. The National Hurricane Center said it is expected Enrique will have dissipated by Sunday, and that its remnants may be absorbed by Felicia.
