TONIGHT'S MUST-SEE: “AMERICA'S GOT TALENT,” 7-9 P.M., NBC

So far, half of the people in the final 20 have been chosen. Now more are added.
Ten acts perform tonight and viewers vote. On Thursday – no longer facing competition from “So You Think You Can Dance” – the show tells us which five have made it through.

TONIGHT'S MIGHT-SEE: FOOD CHALLENGES, CABLE

Bravo's “Top Chef Masters” is down to its final four now.
To see how the first two were eliminated, check the reruns at 5 and 6 p.m.; the new hour is at 7 . In one challenge, contestants cook blindfolded. They also cater an event strictly by supervision, without touching the food.
Meanwhile, the Food Network focuses on Bobby Flay, the high school drop-out who became a millionaire chef, married to “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit” co-star Stephanie March. He's the subject of “Chefography” at 5 p.m., then has two episodes of “Throwdown” – casseroles in Austin, Texas at 6 p.m., fried chicken in Saratoga Springs, NY, at 6:30.
