Traffic is severely backed up on H-3 enroute to Marine Corps Base Hawaii in Kaneohe as BayFest continues its three-day run today.

The event draws huge crowds annually, and this year is no exception as the Marines open up their base to the public with rides, food, military equipment on display and entertainment.

Tonight's headliners are the Black Eyed Peas, playing at 8:30.

Bayfest 2009 continues to midnight today and again tomorrow from noon until 10 p.m.
