Polish fans joined together in song to wish Madonna a happy birthday at a concert in Warsaw last night — just hours before she turned 51.

In a break between songs, a fan held up a sign wishing her a happy birthday and audience members sang, "may you live a hundred years," a traditional Polish birthday song.

"I feel your love!" Madonna told the crowd of tens of thousands gathered on a large green field for the latest stop in her Sticky & Sweet tour.

Many of the fans near the stage also held up paper hearts. One said: "Adopt Me."

MADOFF ALLEGEDLY CHEATED ON WIFE, TOO

A new book says that an investor who claims she was devastated by Bernard Madoff's multibillion-dollar Ponzi scheme had a two-decade affair with the disgraced financier.

The memoir, "Madoff's Other Secret: Love, Money, Bernie, and Me," was written by Sheryl Weinstein, whose relationship with Madoff spanned more than 20 years while both were married, said John Murphy, a spokesman for publisher St. Martin's Press. It goes on sale Aug. 25.

Madoff, 71, is serving 150 years in prison for defrauding investors. Weinstein says she met him at a business meeting when she was chief financial officer for the charitable women's organization Hadassah, where she had a role in investment decisions.

Madoff attorney Ira Sorkin said he hopes the author "was more discreet with her investment obligations than she has allegedly been with her sex life."

An attorney for Madoff's wife, Ruth Madoff, said his client did not know about the "alleged affair."

SINGER QUESTIONED BY POLICE ABOUT CRASH

George Michael has been questioned by police after his car was involved in a late-night crash near London.

Police said only that a man, 46, was arrested after a Land Rover hit a tractor-trailer on the A34 road early Friday. He was released without charge five hours later.

Michael confirmed the incident yesterday but said in a statement he had been "stone cold sober."

Michael says he didn't want his fans or family "worried by what they are reading."

The Sun newspaper quoted the trucker, Lawrie Rowe, as saying the singer appeared dazed and confused.

Michael was banned from driving for two years in June 2007 after pleading guilty to driving while unfit through drugs. He was found slumped at the wheel of his car in north London.

INDIAN FILM STAR DETAINED AT N.J. AIRPORT

Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan yesterday downplayed being questioned at a U.S. airport, saying it was part of a necessary but unfortunate procedure.

Khan, one of the Indian film industry's biggest stars, is in the U.S. to promote his new film, "My Name is Khan," which is about racial profiling. U.S. customs officials said he was questioned at the airport in Newark, N.J., as part of a routine process that took 66 minutes.

"I told them I am a movie star," the Press Trust of India news agency quoted Khan as saying. The reported detention made top news on TV stations in India.
