The National Weather Service in Honolulu has issued a flash flood watch for Oahu, Kauai and Niihau through tomorrow afternoon.

An upper-level low near Kauai is causing locally heavy showers and isolated thunderstorms to form. It is also causing instability over the west end of the state.
A flash flood watch means that conditions may develop that lead to flash flooding.
