Kaua'i police said foul play is suspected in the death of a 27-year-old woman whose body was found outside her apartment at 7:03 a.m. yesterday in Puhi.

Police identified the woman as Lauren Kagawa. Her body was found in the Manawale'a apartment complex.

Authorities classified the case as an unattended death, pending results of an autopsy today.
