Behind Tropical Storm Hilda is Tropical Storm Ignacio, which at 11 a.m. today was about 710 miles west-southwest of the southern tip of Baja California.

The National Hurricane Center says Ignacio is moving west-northwest near 13 mph and that a turn to the northwest is expected later today or tonight.
Maximum sustained winds have increased to near 50 mph with higher gusts. Some additional strengthening is possible tonight before Ignacio reaches cooler waters tomorrow.
Tropical storm force winds extend outward up to 145 miles from the center.
The next advisory will be issued at 5 p.m.
