Police are investigating a complaint filed by a 31-year-old man who said he was sexually assaulted Sunday morning while incarcerated at the O'ahu Community Correctional Center.

The man who filed the complaint said he was forced to perform a sexual act against his will on a 42-year-old man.

The incident occurred about 5:30 a.m. Sunday, the complainant said.

Police did not say if the older man is staff member at the facility or was also being held there.
