Tropical Depression Hilda weak, moving west

Tropical Depression Hilda continues to move west way below Hawaii.
Its center was about 385 miles south of Hilo and about 535 miles south-southeast of Honolulu at 11 a.m. today, the Central Pacific Hurricane Center said.

Hilda is moving near 13 mph and will continue on its westerly track over the next 48 hours.
Maximum sustained winds are near 35 mph with higher gusts that are expected to gradually weaken over the next 48 hours and become a remnant low on Saturday.
The next advisory will be issued at 5 p.m.
