Honolulu Police are investigating a hit-and-run incident that injured a 55-year-old Mililani woman yesterday.

Police say the woman, who was in a wheelchair, was in a crosswalk at Bishop and Beretania Streets when she was struck by unidentified motor vehicle.
The woman was taken to an area hospital in serious condition with leg and other injuries. She was later upgraded to fair condition.
Police do not yet have a description of the vehicle or the driver.
