Rediscover Chinatown Family Festival today

Food, entertainment, crafts and activities for the keiki will be part of the Rediscover Chinatown Family Festival from 9 a.m to 6 p.m. today at the Smith-Beretania park.

The celebration of cultures is free.

Entertainment includes a Chinese lion dance, the Royal Hawaiian Band, the Guang Zhong Chinese Music Ensemble, the Magic of Polynesia Dancers, Stuck In The '80s with Pete and Kelly, Dita Holifield and the Next Big Thing Band, and the Hala Hahm Korean Dance Studio.

The event is co-sponsored by the city and the Chinatown Business and Community Association (www.cbca-hi.com).
