Pearl City man arrested on suspicion of terroristic threatening

Advertiser Staff

A 27-year-old Pearl City man was arrested yesterday after he allegedly pushed a woman, 29, against a wall and threatened to kill her while holding a knife.

The woman told police the man then threw her onto a couch and began choking her about 12:45 p.m.
Police were called and arrested the man on suspicion of first-degree terroristic threatening and abuse of a family or household member.
The woman complained of pain to her neck and sought treatment at a nearby hospital, police said.
