Motorcycle group to mark 30th anniversary

KOA PUNA M/C, a family oriented motorcycle club established on the Big Island in 1979, will mark its 30th anniversary this Saturday at Nanakuli Ranch.
The event, 3 p.m. to midnight, will feature four bands — 20/20, Velvet Mantis, One Love, Papa Woody— as well as a car and bike show, bike rodeo, food and crafts booths, games, and prizes. In addition, the Speed Deacons Hawaii will be on site to perform everything from full services to simple oil changes on all kinds of bikes.
Donation: $10 in advance; $15 at the door. A portion of the proceeds go to Hawaii United Charities. For additional information, call 808-341-7515.
