Land department offers leases

The state Department of Land and Natural Resources is offering industrial and commercial land for lease in Kapolei, Waipahu, Campbell industrial Park and on the Big Island.

The plan is to issue long-term leases on vacant or soon to be vacant land, with revenues paying for the DLNR’s Recreational Renaissance plan.
The properties include two parcels totaling 105 acres in east Kapolei designated for transit-oriented development and urban land use, six vacant industrial-zoned lots in the Waipahu Mill town Business Park, 110 acres in Campbell Industrial Park and 13.7 acres of limited industrial zoned properties on the Big Island in Waiakea and South Hilo.
