San Diego firm buys Big Island's Kea'au Macadamia Nut Orchard

A San Diego-based real estate investment firm has acquired the 736-acre Keaau Macadamia Nut Orchard on the Big Island, according Colliers Monroe Friedlander, which brokered the deal.

Geyser Holdings, through its Geyser Keaau Hawaii LLC subsidiary, bought the property for an undisclosed amount.
The Keaau Macadamia Nut Orchard has contracts to supply nuts to Mauna Loa Macadamia Nut Company, a subsidiary of The Hershey Co.
Geyser manages a $400 million portfolio of real estate from its offices in San Diego.
