The holiday spirit is settling in Kapolei today, where you can celebrate Santa Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., then watch the city's West Electric Light Parade and Kapolei City Lights tree lighting at 6 p.m.

Santa Saturday at Kapolei Shopping Center includes free photos with Santa, make-and-take keiki crafts along Candy Cane Lane, the chance to greet Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, an antique fire truck and, for adults, the chance to win Christmas cash in First Hawaiian Bank's Money Grabber Game. The event will also include a sidewalk sale and a Hawaii Foodbank drive, with free poinsettias for the first 200 donors.

The West Electric Light Parade runs along Farrington Highway and Keahealani Avenue from 6 p.m. and will be followed by a block party in front of Kapolei Hale, where the Christmas tree lighting is scheduled for 7 p.m.
