Kapolei girls beat Mililani in OIA hoops, 58-51

Diamond Carter scored 18 points and Danniel Tapat added 14 as host Kapolei beat Mililani, 58-51, in an O'ahu Interscholastic Association Red West girls basketball game last night.

Kapolei outscored Mililani 18-11 in the fourth period. The Hurricanes led 29-19 at halftime.

Khyla Alcantra scored 11 points, and Courtney Senas and Kellie Sakai added 10 apiece for Mililani.
