One of the causes of mental stress is the frustration that results from trying to do "everything at once." The remedy is to prepare a daily schedule of activities to be done. Tackle the most important first. Then, one after another, finish each item on the list. Unfinished tasks induce tension, while finished ones promote relaxation.
