Basilio Sam Ebaniz, 77, of Waiähole, died Dec. 6, 2009. Born in Liliha. Grapepicking supervisor for Richard Bagdasarian Inc. in Mecca, Calif. Survived by brothers, Pancho, Domingo, Marshall and Sal Ebanez, Chris Guir and Pedro Ebaniz; sisters, Betty Batalona and Tina Lapenia; caregiver, Siliala Castillo. Ezekiel Kahikili Estocado, 1, of Kahaluu, died Dec. 17, 2009. Born in Honolulu. Survived by mother, Melanie; grandparents, Kathy and Darryl; brothers, Kamaehu Raquedan, Makana Kaapana, Joshua and Jacob; sisters, Misty and Miracle. Edward Dutton Graf, 84, of Honolulu, died Dec. 16, 2009. Born in Los Angeles. World War II U.S. Navy captain; retired geotechnical engineer and founder of Pressure Grout Co. Michie Kinoshita, 79, of Käneohe, formerly of Päkalä, Kauai, died Nov. 23, 2009. Born in Kapaa, Kauai. Retired Kauai Surf housekeeper. Survived by son, Albert; daughters, Joyce Naumu and Karen Acoba; brother, Kenneth Konishi; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren. Private service on Kauai. David Fredrick Kleist, 59, of Rome, Ga., died Dec. 16, 2009. Born in Cleveland. Proprietor of Koa Showroom and Cabinetech. Active with the Army, Windward, Diamond Head and Manoa Valley Theaters. Fidel Salvador Montero, 100, of Waipahu, died Dec. 10, 2009. Born in Ilocos Norte, Philippines.
