Original pieces by palette knife artists Joanne Prout and Lynn Weir are on display from 2 to 7:30 p.m., today only, at the historical residence of the Association of American University Women, 1802 Ke'eaumoku St. In addition to seeing the artwork — created with knives and oil paints without brushes — the exhibition is a chance to visit "Ke'eaumoku O Ka 'Ike" ("Ke'eaumoku, place of learning and culture"), one of the few remaining mansions in the Makiki area.

For more information, call Weir at 271-2757 or Prout at 941-5827.
