Skeletal remains of human hand found on Diamond Head area beach

A Honolulu police officer patrolling the Diamond Head area discovered the skeletal remains of a human hand on a beach Saturday morning at 12:15 a.m.
The case has been assigned to the HPD’s homicide unit.
