NACE, the caterers' organization, plans fundraiser for scholarships, research
Jan. 21 is the date set for a NACE Hawaii fundraising wine pairing dinner at the Dole Ballrooms of Honolulu.
Proceeds from the $95 event (champagne, passed hors d'oeuvres, three-course meal included) benefit the NACE Scholarship Fund supporting Kapi'iolani Community College and University of Manoa students pursuing catering and food service careers.
To be honored is Jerry Edwards, founder of Chef's Expressions Catering and Consulting.
