Police arrested a 66-year-old man who allegedly stabbed a 33-year-old man several times in Lä'ie.

Honolulu police said the attack occurred at 3 p.m. Saturday. The suspect allegedly then threw rocks at another man and at police officers who arrived at the scene.

The man was arrested and jailed on suspicion of attempted murder.

The stabbing victim was taken to a hospital.
