Survived by wife, Danderine; sons, Todd Rhyne and Kamoku Chung Hoon-Palau; daughters, Tracy Boyle and Elizabeth Chung Hoon-Palau; brother, Chris Hetherington; hänai son, Kekoa Avilla; 14 grandchildren; one great-grandson.
