Three-time state champion Kamehameha earned the top seed for this week's Hawai'i High School Athletic Association Girls Soccer State Championships at the Waipi'o Peninsula Soccer Complex.

The Warriors (10-0-2), the Interscholastic League of Honolulu champion, received a first-round bye and play in Thursday's Division I quarterfinals against the winner of Wednesday's Kapolei-Roosevelt game.

Also receiving seeds and first-round byes were league champions No. 2 Mililani (14-0-1, O'ahu Interscholastic Association), No. 3 Kamehameha-Maui (11-1-2, Maui Interscholastic League) and No. 4 Hilo (10-1-2, Big Island Interscholastic Federation).

First-round play begins on Wednesday. The championship game is Saturday at 7 p.m.

In the Division II bracket, OIA champion Kailua earned the top seed and first-round bye. The Surfriders (10-0-0) play in Thursday's quarterfinals against the winner of the St. Anthony-Radford game.

Also receiving seeds and first-round byes were league champions No. 2 Kaua'i (7-0-1, KIF), No. 3 Pac-Five (4-6-2, ILH) and defending champion and No. 4 Kamehameha-Hawai'i (8-2-2, BIIF).

First-round play begins on Wednesday. The championship game is Saturday at 5 p.m.
