THE BIG ALOHA

Bid the Pro Bowl adieu with what promoters are promising will be the "biggest and last star-studded Pro Bowl party in Hawai'i." How big? Famous-athletes-and Madonna's-DJ big. Colt Brennan will host The Big Aloha party with Hawai'i-born NFL players (and brothers) Ma'ake and Chris Kemoeatu, along with Miami wide receiver and UH favorite Davone Bess. And don't worry people, there will be plenty of football player booty to go around when members of the Pittsburgh Steelers show up to the party. The incomparable DJ Enferno — Madonna's man of the steel wheels — will provide the soundtrack.

This weekend there's a whole lot of hip-hoppery (Can we use that word?) going on.

It's like a perfect storm of beats, and it doesn't let up until the wee hours of Monday morning. Plus, it's Pro Bowl weekend, which means your chances of partying with your favorite football player are strong.

TONIGHT

LEVEL 4

Who's performing: Busta Rhymes

How you know him: How don't you know him?

Will pro footballers be there? You bet. Ma'ake Kemoeatu of the Carolina Panthers is hosting the event. Plus, Lil' Kim and Snoop Dogg will be making an appearance and DJ Quick will be on deck.

Details: 9:30 p.m.-4 a.m., $30 at the door before midnight (after midnight, it'll be up to the promoters).

PIPELINE CAFÉ

Who's performing: EPMD

How you know them: They did the "I Shot the Sheriff"-inspired hit "Strictly Business."

Will pro footballers be there too? That's what they say, but they're not naming names.

The details: 9 p.m., $25, available at www.diglifestyles.com.

SATURDAY

LEVEL 4

Who's performing: Three 6 Mafia

How you know them: They told us that "It's Hard Out Here for a Pimp."

Will pro footballers be there? The celebrity guest list hasn't been announced yet, but we're pretty sure the place will be packed with big names.

Details: 10 p.m., $35 at the door.

FASHION 45

Who's performing: Too Short and Chino XL

How you know them: Too Short made pimping big without actually being a pimp, and Chino XL is the battle rapper who also happens to be a member of MENSA.

Will pro footballers be there too? They're not saying, but you never know.

The details: 8 p.m.-4 a.m., $25-$100, 699-1862.

SUNDAY

PIPELINE CAFÉ

Who's performing: Memphis Bleek and Slim

How you know them: Memphis Bleek is a Jay-Z protege and was one of the first artists signed to Roc-A-Fella Records. Slim is the singer from 112.

Will pro footballers be there too? This is the official Pro Bowl after-party, so you can count on it. The Kansas City Chiefs' Larry Johnson will definitely be there and rumor has it that actor Jamie Foxx will also be there.

The details: 9 p.m.-4 a.m., $20, www.pipelinecafehawaii.com.

E&O TRADING COMPANY

Who's performing: It's the first ever "Hip-hop Luau" with the very best of local hip-hop artists, such as Tassho Pearce, Fortilive and Kimo James, plus a slew of local and visiting emcees, DJs and producers.

How you know them: They're our local hip-hop contingency, that's how.

Will pro footballers be there too? Probably not.

The details: 9 p.m.-2 a.m., $20 at the door.
