The third annual candlelight tour of Liliha is set for 6 p.m today.

The free event features a guided trolley tour of the Liliha-Nu'uanu district, with stops at such sites as the Queen Emma Summer Palace, Taipei Economic Cultural Center, and Philippine Consulate.

At many of the stops, refreshments and entertainment will be provided.

Participants should meet at Honolulu Community Church, 2345 Nu'uanu Ave.
