Comment session on Makua marine resources study moved to Nanaikapono

The Army said the location of tomorrow's public comment session for a marine resources study relating to Makua Military Reservation has been changed because of scheduling conflicts.

The public comment session will now be held at Nanaikapono Elementary School cafeteria, 89-153 Mano Avenue, in Waianae.

The session will consist of an informal information period from 5:30 p.m. to 6:45 p.m., with Army subject matter experts available to answer specific questions about the study, followed by a public comment session from 7 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

The study is accessible online at http://www.garrison.hawaii.army.mil/shellfishstudy.

A copy of the study is also available at the Waianae Public Library, 85-625 Farrington Hwy.
