Close to 1,000 children will participate in a 1.5 mile fun run starting from the Great Aloha Run Sports, Health and Fitness Expo at the Neal Blaisdell Exhibition Hall.

The fun run kicks off at 8 a.m. with stretching exercises led by Kraft mascot Chees-a-saurus Rex and ends with a circus party featuring clowns, musicians, inflatables and other entertainment and activities.

The $18 registration includes a t-shirts, goodie bags and admission to the expo.
