Great Aloha Run Expo Friday through Sunday

The three-day Kaiser Permanente Great Aloha Run Sports, Health Fitness Expo will be held at Blaisdell's Exhibition Hall starting Friday.

The Expo will feature the latest in products, services, and workshops for leading a healthy, active lifestyle, as well as keiki activities, cooking demonstrations, and live entertainment.

Autograph sessions with Miami Dolphins receiver Davone Bess and Hawaii athletes and self-defense workshops by Egan Inoue also will be held.

The expo will be open 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday.

General admission is $4 for ages 13-64; $2 for military personnel with valid ID; and free for senior citizens over 65, keiki under age 12 with a paying adult, and all registered entrants of the Hawaiian Telcom Great Aloha Run. Parking at Blaisdell is $5 before 4 p.m. and $6 after 4 p.m.

The Great Aloha Run is Monday.
