A 'cheesy' keiki run, party

How cheesy can you get?

At the Keiki Great Aloha Run and Circus Party this morning, Kraft's Chees-a-saurus Rex gives kids something to aim for.

The dinosaur mascot will lead stretching exercises at 8 a.m. at the Great Aloha Run Expo at the Blaisdell Exhibition Hall, before almost 1,000 kids 12 and younger hit the streets of Honolulu for a 1.5-mile fun run (with parents in tow if they're younger than 6).

If that's not enough activity, back at the Blaisdell, the kids can bounce out even more energy on inflatables at the circus-themed party, which will also have clowns, musicians, entertainment, activities and food.

If you haven't already registered, admission is $18 at the door for kids and $6 for adults. A UPC code from a Kraft product can be used for a $2 discount. The fee, which includes a T-shirt and goodie bag, will benefit local charities.
